Refund Policy

We cannot provide refunds if you have used any of your credits. The reason is that once the individual you submit to has earned the credit, it is theirs and we cannot take it back :(

This refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) covers the circumstances under which SubmitHub may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Terms (submithub.com/about/terms). Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means SubmitHub. Capitalized words not defined in this Refund Policy have the meaning as defined in the Terms. By using the Site, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use the Site.

SubmitHub may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to SubmitHub. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.

When you make a purchase on SubmitHub you must read all of the details provided and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing – including but not limited to the price and number of credits purchased.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 24 hours of making your purchase. We will consider such a request on a case-by-case basis.

Monetary Refunds:

It is not our policy to issue refunds as it is too expensive for us to return charges at this point in time. Solutions can be worked out on a case-by-case basis by emailing jason@submithub.com, though note that we can make no promises or guarantees regarding a resolution. We will, however, work our best to ensure both parties are happy.

Premium Credit Refunds:

If the following conditions are not met, you will automatically be returned your premium credit for use on a new submission: 1) feedback within 48 hours; 2) at least 20 seconds of your song listened to; 3) at least 10 words of feedback if your submission is declined. In the case of submissions to record labels, the terms adjust as follows: 1) feedback within 96 hours; 2) at least 20 seconds of your song listened to; 3) at least 20 words of feedback if your submission is declined. In the case of Influencer submissions, two submission types exist: 1) a normal submission, whereby the influencer must make a decision within 48 hours and listen for at least 20 seconds; 2) a “guaranteed” submission whereby the submitter is refunded after 48 hours if the influencer decides not to share.

Note that we do our best to ensure that the above three terms are met before completing any payouts. While we have utmost faith in our code, we ought, legally, to be cautious. As such, we cannot 100% guarantee that those individuals receiving premium submissions (including but not limited to bloggers and labels) will not try to "game" the system. We will work within our full capacity to ensure that: 1) our code does not allow any "cheating"; 2) swift action is taken in the event that any indescrepencies are found.

Term:

Credits purchased on SubmitHub are treated as "virtual currency." Once acquired, you can use your credits to "purchase" submissions to blogs and labels. The term of your SubmitHub credits starts when you acquire such SubmitHub credits and, subject to this Agreement, expires the earlier of twelve months from the date of purchase, or if otherwise awarded ninety days from the date of award (as the context requires and applicable to each individual purchase or award), or the day that your access to the Site or your account is cancelled, suspended or terminated as set forth herein. Upon expiration, we have the right to redeem any remaining SubmitHub credits, which shall be identified at our sole discretion. If you do not use your account for twelve months it may be cancelled for non-use and any remaining SubmitHub credits similarly redeemed.

Termination:

If we discontinue offering the Service, we will provide at least sixty (60) days advance notice to you by posting a notice on submithub.com and or sending you an email to the email associated with your user account. You will then have thirty days from the date of our notice to redeem any SubmitHub credits. Any SubmitHub credits remaining in your name beyond such 30 day notice shall automatically expire and be redeemed by SubmitHub.

Automatic Renewal Refunds

For SubmitHub Ads automatic renewal payments, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Notification Period: We will send you a notification approximately 3 days before attempting to process an automatic renewal payment. If you do not wish to be charged, you should disable the auto-renew feature before the payment is processed.
  • Refund Window: If you are charged via automatic renewal and wish to request a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of the charge by emailing jason@submithub.com. Requests received after this window may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Unused Credits: Refunds for automatic renewal charges will only be considered if none of the newly added credits have been used. Once any portion of the automatically renewed credits has been used, we cannot process a refund.
  • Processing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error (for example, if you had previously disabled auto-renew but were still charged), please contact jason@submithub.com immediately with details of the error.
  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes regarding automatic renewal payments are subject to the same Dispute Resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
