Support

Can I get a reminder before submissions expire?

Yes, and it's automatic. If premium submissions are waiting for your response and nobody from your outlet has logged in for more than 40 hours, we email you a nudge. Premium submissions expire (and auto-refund to the artist) at the 72-hour mark, so the reminder lands with enough time to respond.

Who receives it

The outlet owner only. Team members never receive this reminder, regardless of who has or hasn't logged in.

What resets the clock

The 40-hour timer is outlet-level and runs from the last time anyone on your team logged in. If a teammate logs in, the clock resets for the whole outlet and no reminder goes out; same if you do.

When it fires (and doesn't)

  • Only when premium submissions are actually waiting for a response. Nothing pending, no email.
  • Once per lapse, not repeatedly.
  • Never while you're in weekend mode.

Why we don't send more

Part of the point of SubmitHub is cutting down the clutter in your email inbox: submissions live here rather than in your email, so we're deliberately sparing with notifications. One nudge when things are about to expire, and that's it.
