If a teammate wants to join your outlet, they must first create an account and then visit your profile. At the bottom of the "Settings" tab they'll find a "I write for this blog" button. Once they make their request, you'll be able to approve or decline their request from the "Users" section under the "Settings" tab on your profile.
Note: users who have previously been part of another curator profile must create a new account first.
Will they be able to see premium reviews?
No, by default people you add to your team will be treated as "bloggers," not "editors." They won't be able to see that a song is marked as a premium credit; it will simply look like a standard submission.
Additionally, any decisions they make regarding a track will be logged, but will not be considered final. Only decisions made by editors and owners are considered official.
Can I upgrade them to see premium credits?
Yes! In that same users section you should be able to make them an "Editor." But do note that when an editor makes a decision, it's considered final. Once a decision is made, other members of the team won't be able to listen to or respond to that song. This is because at the time of decision, an email is sent to whoever submitted the song informing them that an editor for the blog has made a final decision.
If we have multiple editors, who gets the money?
There are two options for payout: either in aggregate, as a team, or on an individual per-editor basis. When you visit the "Earnings" tab of your blog (it will appear once you've earned something), you'll see an option under "Preferences" to toggle which method is best for you.
When enabling the individual payout methodology, note that each editor on your team will be able to request a personal cashout when they hit $10. You will be CCed on this cashout request, and I'll ask you to confirm before proceeding.
