Support

Pre-release songs

If you launch a package for a track that isn't on Spotify yet (a pre-release, a track you're still getting uploaded), here's what happens.

Curator submissions start immediately

Our curator network works fine with MP3 or WAV, so your song gets sent out from day one. Curators can review, approve, and add to playlists as usual.

Meta ads wait for Spotify

Meta ads point to your Spotify track (that's the landing page), so they can't run until the track is live. We'll hold the Meta credits for you until then.

Once the song is out

Come back and drop the Spotify link onto your package. We'll kick off the Meta side right after. If it's been 24 hours since your release date and we haven't heard from you, we'll email to check in.

The 3-day grace period

If you bought Meta credits but don't hand over a Spotify link within 3 days of release, we'll auto-refund the Meta portion back to your SubmitHub balance. The curator credits stay as they were.

Branding packages don't have this problem

If you went with Branding (blog-only), there's no Meta component, so Spotify availability doesn't matter.
