Campaign timeline

Here's what actually happens after you launch a package, day by day.

Day 1: Launch

You get a confirmation email with your budget breakdown right after checkout. Within the hour, we send your song to the first batch of curators using about half your curator credits. This is the learning phase: we're seeing how curators respond to your track before committing the rest of the budget. Meta ads also kick off in parallel (as long as you've got a Spotify link).

Days 3 to 4: Round 1 results

Curators usually respond within 72 hours. Once round 1 wraps, we look at your approval rate and email you the results. Based on how curators responded, we decide the approach for round 2. See "How rounds work" for what changes between rounds.

Days 6 to 8: Round 2 results

Round 2 sends the second half of your curator credits to a new batch, picked based on what we learned from round 1. After that wraps, you get a cumulative results email covering both rounds.

After round 2: Silent cycling

If you have credits left (most packages do), we quietly keep sending your song out in smaller batches. No more emails at this stage, just check your package page. See "Silent cycling" for more.

Completion

Once all curator credits are used, you get a final summary email with your overall approval rate and the results. Meta ads run on their own cycle and keep going until their own budget is exhausted.
