Open your artist profile from your account (your artists are listed there) and you'll see options to edit the artist name, location, and bio, as well as add photos and external links. Click any field to start editing.
Privacy
There's a public / private toggle at the top-right of your own profile page. See the "Public vs. private artist profiles" article for what each setting changes and where your profile shows up.
