Yes, cancellation is possible at several points along the way. Before you approve a quote, you can back out at any time and any credits you've put down will be returned. If the specialist sends you a quote you don't want, declining it refunds your deposit.
After you've approved a quote
Once the project is underway, it's more of a conversation. Start by messaging the specialist directly to see if you can sort things out. If you can't, we'll step in and work with both of you to find a fair outcome, which may include a refund depending on the circumstances.
If the specialist cancels the project themselves, your credits are returned to your balance automatically.
