What gets refunded

When you cancel a package (or just one part of it), unused credits come back to your SubmitHub balance. Already-spent credits don't. The dividing line is whether a curator has actually responded, not whether your song has been sent to them.

Credits still sitting in the package

Any credits that haven't gone out to curators yet refund to your balance.

Submissions already sent, but not yet answered

These refund too. When you cancel active campaigns as part of the cancel flow, every curator who hasn't responded yet has the submission pulled from their queue, and those credits come back to you.

Unspent Meta ad credits

Cancel the Meta part (or the whole package) and we settle the Meta ad on your behalf: the ad stops, and any unspent credits come back to your balance as part of the same refund total.

Credits already used

Anything we've already spent on your behalf is non-refundable: submissions a curator has actually responded to, and Meta impressions already served. Those curators spent time on your song, and those ads already ran.

Where refunds land

Refunds go back to your SubmitHub credit balance, not to your original payment method. You can use the refunded credits on any future submission, package, or ad. If you canceled just one part of a package, you can also feed those credits straight back into that part later to resume it.

Want a cash refund?

If you want the money back on your card rather than as credits, reach out at our support ticket page and we'll look at your situation. This is case-by-case.
