Three different housekeeping options, each for a different purpose.
Archiving
Archiving takes a Link offline and hides it from your main dashboard, but nothing is lost. Restore it any time and the URL comes back with all its analytics intact. Good for retiring old campaigns you might want to reactivate later.
Duplicating
Duplicating clones an existing Link into a brand new one with a fresh URL slug. Good as a starting point when you're spinning up a new campaign and want to reuse most of the setup without rebuilding from scratch.
If the Link has an ad running on it, the confirm dialog offers an opt-in checkbox to also duplicate the ad. The cloned ad comes through in draft status with no credits attached, so nothing starts spending until you review and launch it. If the Link has a pixel but no ad, duplicating resets the pixel settings on the copy, so re-add them if you need them.
Deleting
Deleting takes a Link offline for good: the URL stops working and the Link is gone from your dashboard. You can't restore it yourself, so if there's any chance you'll want it back, archive it instead. If you've deleted something by accident, reach out to us and we can sometimes recover it.
