How do I get my song rated?

Rate 10 other artists' songs and we'll give you 7 ratings for your own. There are a few ways to get your song rated.

Earn ratings by reviewing others

For every 10 songs you review, you earn 7 ratings to spend on your own submissions. Both Feedback ratings and Genre Validation ratings count the same. The math: 5 base ratings per 10 reviews + 2 bonus ratings.

Once earned, head to your song's page and pick a request type:

  • Feedback: get scored 1-100 with written feedback from voters
  • Genre Validation: crowdsource which genres best describe your track

Pay with premium credits

If you have premium credits, you can skip the grind:

  • 1 credit for 5 ratings
  • 3 credits for 20 ratings (25% off)
  • 6 credits for 50 ratings (40% off)

Premium requests also let you pick specific elements to be rated (vocals, mixing, etc.) and give you more detail about who voted.

Genre Validation

If you're not sure which genres fit your track, let the crowd decide. You pick 3 genres you think describe it; voters see those 3 plus 3 more options and select all that apply. See the "Genre Validation" article.
