Head to your curator dashboard, open the Earnings tab, and select Price. That's where the whole pricing dashboard lives.
How the dashboard works
You'll see a row of price tiers at the top. Click the one you want. Tiers you don't qualify for are greyed out. Below the selector is a requirements table showing exactly what each tier needs, with checkmarks (or X's) next to your current stats. No mystery about why you can or can't hit a given tier.
What gets measured
The table tracks a handful of things about your outlet: your quality score, your engagement (reach) score, how many submissions you've responded to, your average listening time, and whether you've linked SubmitHub from your own site.
The site-link requirement only kicks in at the top two tiers (4 and 5 credits per submission). The lower tiers don't need it. If you don't have the link set up yet, see the "Linking SubmitHub from your site" article for the setup.
Every new outlet starts at the base tier. You move up as your stats meet the next tier's requirements.
If your stats drop below your current price
We don't snap you down immediately. The flow is:
Warned curators are protected from further warnings for a cooldown period. If you're in a grace period and hit the requirements, we give you a reprieve where your current price stands regardless.
History log
The dashboard includes a log of past price events for your outlet: warnings, grace periods granted, auto-drops, and okays. Useful context when you're wondering why something changed.
