How do I find my TikTok song link?

Most major distributors will automatically upload a snippet of your song to TikTok. You can follow the steps below to find your song.

IMPORTANT NOTE: TIKTOK PAYS ROYALTIES. But only if you upload your song *through a distributor*. If you upload the song manually (as shown below), you will likely not be eligible for any royalties.

Search for your song

  1. Open the TikTok app
  2. Click "Discover" in the menu or the Search icon in the top right (depending on your app)
  3. Type your song name into the search box
  4. Switch to the "Sounds" tab
  5. Open the song, click the share button in the top right, and copy the link

See screenshots below.

If you know your song is already on TikTok

  1. Find a video of your song
  2. Click on the song title
  3. Copy the link

See screenshots below.

If your song isn't on TikTok yet

  1. Upload a new video to TikTok
  2. On the second step, click "MY SOUNDS" in the top right
  3. Upload your song
  4. Once you have created the video, tap on the sound link at the bottom to edit the title of the song
  5. Follow the steps in "If you know your song is already on TikTok" above to get the link
