By default, anyone with the URL. Your analytics page is public out of the box, so you can share the link with a bandmate, manager, label, or anyone else without any extra setup. They'll see the same stats you do but can't edit anything on the Link.
Making them private
If you'd rather keep your stats to yourself, flip the privacy toggle to private from the edit view. Only you (logged in) will be able to view them. Any previously shared URL stops loading stats for others until you switch it back.
