We’ve just rolled out a pretty major overhaul to Influencer Submissions on SubmitHub. It’s subject to change, so feel free to leave feedback in the chatrooms.
There are now two types of submissions:
Both of these submission get refunded after 48 hours if you haven’t yet made a decision. You can still approve it after they’ve been refunded, but you won’t earn any money for that.
These behave just like the old system. Your payout is based primarily on how often you approve songs. The more you approve, the less you get for each approval (but the more you might earn overall, because you’re approving more). You can see the math here.
If you like it you get paid. If you don’t like it, you “skip” and they get refunded.
These submissions have fixed prices (not based on your approval percentage). The prices are determined using your engagement. The table below reflects your possible amounts. We plan to give you the ability to increase or decrease these amounts (within reason).

Pricing structure subject to change
One thing to note is that TikTok numbers are often inconsistent. You might have 5 videos in a row that get 1,000 plays, and suddenly on your 6th video you go “viral” and hit 100,000 plays. For purposes of determining your price, we will look at the numbers you’re consistently able to hit instead of looking at your best-case results.
Another important note is that your price is not *purely* based on numbers. It’s also based on the quality of your shares. If you’re doing the bare minimum or publishing memes / reposting content, it might mean being “capped” within the smaller or medium tiers.
We’re trying to make sure this works for both sides of the equation. It hasn’t been an easy upgrade, and we know change is hard. But I do hope that it works out better for everyone.
As mentioned, please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas in the SubmitHub chatrooms :)
