Teams let you share access to your account with people you trust: a manager, a collaborator, or a label handling your releases. Everyone on a team can see each other's activity, and you control how much each person can actually change.
Not to be confused with curator teams
This is different from the curator-team feature (adding people who help review submissions on your outlet). This article covers the account-level team. For curator teams, see How do I add people to my team? in the Curators section.
How to create a team
Go to your Account → Teams. Click "Create a team" and pick a name. We generate an invite link like submithub.com/team-invite/<team-id>. Share it with whoever you want on the team; they open the link, hit "Join this team," and they're in.
What everyone on a team can see
Visibility is two-way. Once someone's on your team, you and they can see each other's:
Chats and notifications stay private either way.
View vs. manage
Seeing something and changing it are separate. Every teammate starts as View only. To let someone make changes, open the Teams page and switch their permission to Can manage.
A "Can manage" teammate can edit uploads and act on your ads and links: adjust an ad's budget, pause or resume it, extend it, top it up, cancel it, change regions, and manage links (privacy, artwork, archiving, duplicating, analytics, labels, custom domains). View-only teammates see all of this but can't change it.
Who pays when a teammate tops up an ad
If a teammate manually tops up an ad, the credits come from their balance, not yours. Automatic renewals (the "keep my ad running" top-ups) always come from the ad owner's balance.
Sending credits
Credits move in either direction. On the Teams page, hit "Send credits" next to anyone on the team, enter an amount up to your available balance, and confirm. Works owner-to-member and member-to-owner alike.
Leaving or deleting a team
Members can hit "Leave team" any time. As the owner, you can remove an individual member, or use "Delete team" to disband it entirely (this removes it for everyone and can't be undone).
Team size
No limit: add as many people as you need.
