It's been a productive week! Here's some of the latest news:

A new member of the team

• We'd like to welcome Tilly to the SubmitHub team. She's going to be heading up our Marketing department 😊

Product updates

• You can now pin chats to the sidebar
• It's also easier to access the settings for each chat from the sidebar
• Curator approval rates are now split out by premium vs. standard. Hopefully this encourages more curators to enable free submissions, as I know many were previously concerned about them influencing their overall stats
• On the email digests that rolled out last week I'm now showing the actual feedback inline
• Made some tweaks to our help ticketing system to prevent folks from opening old tickets and/or creating multiple open tickets
• Some UI changes to the login popup (a bit more color in the login buttons, for example)
• Cleaned up the influencer stats to be a bit more visual and a little less wordy
• If you've submitted a lot of songs it can sometimes be hard finding them from the homepage, so I added a search feature
• There's also a lot of back-end stuff that went on, including:
• Regular admin tickets to review Hot or Not feedback quality for Verified reviewers
• An analytics dashboard to track ad conversions
• Reactivating Google Ads
• Cleaning up some stale areas of the database
• Working with a consultant to reduce AWS costs
• Increasing influencer prices for "tier 1" countries such as the USA, UK and Canada - and trying to reactivate those influencers from those regions
