It's been 3 weeks since my last update but it sorta feels like I've accomplished 3 months worth of work. Whew! Here's the breakdown...

Redesign

[BEFORE] The submission selection page was long due for a facelift. Way too much information made it look cluttered and difficult for users to sift through
[AFTER] The new version compresses most of the notes and details, removing the Quality section completely (replaced with a "Top rated" badge) and highlighting approval rates
I know change isn't always easy, and I'd like to thank all of the curators who've helped tweak and hone this one over the last few days. It's definitely not the "final form" (because I never really stop tweaking things, right?)
Because the approval rates are much more prominent, I've slightly adjusted the "genre match" algorithm to put more emphasis on each curator's own behavior and less emphasis on overall approval rates
While poking around and making all these edits, I also changed a few styles, such as the backgrounds for all the alert boxes (purple/orange/red/blue/teal)

I've added gender and age breakdown for Ads
Ads Studio has a new option to add the artwork at the end (we're using this by default with new creatives)

Flac support for AI Checker (and What's My Genre)
Extra filename detail added to the historical section for easier reference
Updated temporal model can now handle compressed files (YouTube, SoundCloud) with a lot more accuracy. Not perfect, but about 80% better

Hot or Not has a "speed runner" problem - lots of low effort reviews done in 20-30 seconds
This is particularly frustrating for people who pay for "premium" reviews
We discussed a number of potential solutions in the Hot or Not chatroom, and ultimately I've decided that as a first step, premium ratings will require 10+ words of feedback and 60+ seconds of listening time. In exchange, they will count 2x toward the target. So basically... everyone has to pretend to be a verified reviewer for the premium ones 😆

Curators can "request an update" on listeners
Fixed a bug where "trashing" curator selections erased the entire selection
Curators can sort approved tab by how long it's been waiting ("Ready to be shared")

There were a ton of other little things going on behind the scenes, but they weren't as fun :)
